Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
HKU has engaged the Four Dimensions Consulting Limited to provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for full-time staff members.
EAP aims at enhancing staff members' personal effectiveness and growth as well as assisting staff members in tackling problems and challenges that may arise in the workplace and everyday life. It consists of a diversified range of counselling and consultation services, training and development workshops, crisis management service and work-life balance programmes, which colleagues can make use of for free.

僱員支援計劃目的為加強同事的個人發展和協助同事解決於工作上和日常生活上的問題和困擾。此計劃為同事提供免費的服務，包含多完化的諮詢及輔導服務、培訓及發展工作坊、危急事故管理服務和工作及生活平衡計劃。
