Live-in Requirement

• Must live personally in the property during the period the HFA is claimed

• This requirement is waived IF

  • the property is an uncompleted property
  • the appointee is directed to live in post-tied quarters
  • the appointee is away from Hong Kong on approved leave of absence (EXCEPT UNPAID LEAVE)
