Outside Panel Doctors Scheme 校外醫生計劃

In addition to the primary care provided by the University Health Service (UHS), the University currently appoints the following three outside panel doctors to provide general medical consultation to University appointees:

(a) UMP Professional Management Ltd.;
(b) Healthcare Medical and Paramedical Services Operations (HK) Ltd.; and
(c) Quality Health Care Medical Services Ltd.

This scheme provides an additional option to staff members and their dependants to seek medical consultation at the clinics outside the campus.

Users of the scheme are required to contribute a fixed fee, currently HK$50, towards each consultation. The fee covers medical consultation and 3 days basic medications.

With effect from April 1, 2015, there will be an adjustment of the fee by one of the providers. The update charges of the three providers are listed below:

Eligible staff members who would like to use this Scheme should make a medical appointment directly with the clinics under the three panels. They should present the HKU Staff Card for identification whereas their eligible dependants should quote the staff number and produce valid identification document, e.g. HKID card.

校外醫生計劃

除了由大學醫療保健處提供的門診服務， 大學現時委任以下三組校外醫生，為大學僱員提供門診及相關醫療服務：

(甲) 聯合醫務專業管理有限公司;
(乙) 盈康醫療﹝香港﹞有限公司;
(丙) 卓健醫療服務有限公司。

此校外醫生計劃為僱員及其家屬提供多一個選擇 以便他們在校園外的診所接受門診服務 。

求診者須每次支付一個定額的費用，目前為港幣50元。門診費包括醫生的診金及三天的基本藥物。

由二零一五年四月一日起，其中一間服務提供者將作一個收費調整。這三組校外醫生的更新收費如下：

合資格使用本計劃的僱員應直接向此計劃之醫務所登記掛號或預約。應診時須出示香港大學職員証以確認資格；如求診者為僱員家屬，則必須出示本身有效的身份証明文件，如香港身份証及提供有關大學僱員之職員編號。
